Navy Blue Remodel

Our client was asking for more color. We talked through some options and discussed what colors the family all gravitated towards and navy blue was our winner. We could have stuck with our off white scheme and added color through textiles and objects, but there was a vision for a greater impact and a twist in this classic “blue cabinets white tile kitchen” that’s been done before. We went all in and found the perfect fluted navy tile for our backsplash which would set our gold finishes on a rich and textural backdrop. Wood tones of tans, caramels, and cognac bring so much warmth back into the space balancing our cool blue tones perfectly. Colors should play in harmony. In there it truly does.
