A themed room can be a delightful and engaging way to make a space truly unique. This particular project was centered around the idea of creating a tranquil retreat while utilizing several existing furnishings that were meant for a short term use in this phase of life. The problem, short term use of furniture needs for a baby room. The perfect solution for this ever evolving space was creating a refreshing and light color palette, inspired by a serene beach theme. All the character of this room starts with the hand painted beach waves mural. It creates the perfect backdrop for this nursery, which will evolve into a toddler room with so much potential for updates. The bones of the space will be ready to house more temporary furnishings while still keeping the soft touches it started with.
