Remodeling services will offer design planning, scheduling, coordination of trades from start to finish for updates to one or more spaces.

• Updates for selections including flooring, paint, wall covering, lighting, custom built-ins, plumbing, cabinet and door hardware, furniture, accessories, and window treatments

• Detailed plans for demolition or added features as needed (furniture, lighting, plumbing, etc)

• Schedules for trades

• Space renderings upon request

Design services for new construction can include any of our basic services provided in addition to:

• Coordination with Builder, Architect, and Contractors

• Material selections for the whole home or your choice of space(s)

• Furnishing floor plans, lighting fixture plans, plumbing fixture plans

• Trade schedules

• Space renderings upon request

Often times once the process is completed you are left trying to figure out what to put where, and making the house feel like a home. We offer a styling service that will combined a mixture of designer items where they're impactful, helping find homes for personal items and photos, custom creations as needed, and can be combined with a local sourcing haul for cost savings to finish the project.
